Location. Kids occupied and happy. Everything to do was on the property. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Room was nice and appreciated the pool access.

I love the location, I love the pool areas and hot tubs. The front desk staff was exceptional and attentive. The room was very clean and housekeeping staff was helpful and friendly. The lobby smells amazing. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Even the pool bathroom was clean at its busiest times.

I would’ve appreciated having a more upscale restaurant on site that was open. It turns out that if you go on Monday or Tuesday, it’s pretty much a dead zone on site and in the local area. I was given a handout with different restaurant options through the reception desk, however none of the information was accurate or applicable to the spring 2024 season. It was a bit quiet since it was the beginning of the week, but this was the best part.

This is definitely a hotel centered around and catering to kids. If you don't like children, this will not be a relaxing get-away for you. If you bring kiddos with you, they will have a blast - the pool is fun with a basketball hoop and volleyball net, there's a warm (kid-temp friendly) hot tub, mini-golf, pool table, game room, s'mores in the evening around an outdoor communal fire pit.... kids running around everywhere.

We will definitely be back next year for all the fun family friendly New Year's activities. Loved the indoor/outdoor warm jacuzzi with the movie screen. Loved the moon bounces and game room for the kids. I think it would be great to have a movie room in one of the conference rooms with popcorn that plays family Holiday movies.

The property was very beautiful, I went there to celebrate my daughter’s 15th birthday. This was a surprise trip for her she was very elated and impressive with the facility! We will definitely come back. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The made every interaction special with my daughter. We dined at the restaurant and Ariel was amazing! I am so happy that i came across this hidden treasure.

I was on a short trip w my 9yr old grandson. We both loved the hotel and especially the 3 pools !! The entire staff was friendly and very helpful !! I loved the location ! I wish we could have stayed longer ! I would definitely recommend your hotel !!

The property is beautiful! Even though our stay was during a week with awful weather, the hotel’s indoor swimming pool (and fun indoor/outdoor hot tub) and the extra living spaces throughout the hotel’s lobby and restaurant areas allowed us to spend quality time as a family. The breakfast that was included with our stay was delicious, too. All in all, we will definitely be back!

I love the ADULT ONLY jacuzzi , movies at the pool , the yoga and pool table and s’mores I love everything wish I could stay longer ! Miss Sue, Melanie,Sarah, oJ and jemal were all helpful and great it was no room so I put it here. OJ helps the whole weekend and knew where everything was and jemal was very informative about the resort and needs of the guest. Sarah was a great server i had a problem with my sandwich she fixed it without hesitation. Miss sue and Melanie are gem 💎 miss sur remember my family and the s’mores was epic . Yoga teacher was good ! Elevator always worked and came fast family are friendly and after being there for a few days seeing the same ppl We all become family
